10,000m2 phased re-roof
A project that was a 'stones throw' away from our head office, involved phased programming over 3 years.
The manufacturing plant for a global company was subject to an over-clad system using an insulated 100mm composite panel due to internal restrictions.

These industrial units in Essex were subject to a new overclad roofing system.
The installation included a clean down of existing asbestos cement roofing, new spacer bar system, new insulation to bring the buildings thermal capacity in line with building regulations and a new coated steel roof sheet guaranteed for 25 years.
